This policy explains how Earned Place, LLC handles information on this website and in its apps.
This website
This website does not offer accounts, forms, advertising, or payment collection. Like most hosted websites, the hosting provider may process standard technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access.
Advertising and sale of information
Earned Place, LLC does not sell personal information collected through this website and does not use this website for behavioral advertising.
Memrie
Memrie uses an account to protect memories, apply each person’s sharing choices, attribute Room contributions, and support export and deletion. It stores what a person chooses to add, which may include titles, stories, pictures, video, audio, documents, dates, comments, Room membership, invitations, Boxes, reports, and settings.
Memrie privacy and sharing
My Vault is private to its owner. A person can see one Vault memory only when the owner deliberately shares that memory with them. Rooms are shared only with invited people, and Room access determines who can contribute and who can only look. Memrie does not turn private memories into a public profile or public feed and does not sell memories or personal information.
SetNoted
SetNoted is designed without a separate SetNoted account, advertising, analytics SDKs, tracking, background microphone recording, or cloud synchronization. The microphone is active only while the recording control visibly says Recording.
SetNoted recordings and records
SetNoted is designed to keep saved workout records and transcripts on the iPhone until they are deleted or the app is removed. Processed audio is removed after a workout is saved. A recording that still needs to be organized may remain on the phone so SetNoted can retry.
Peach Progress
Peach Progress does not upload or receive your photos. It is designed without an account, advertising, analytics, or AI analysis.
Peach Progress photos and notes
Dated photos and notes to self stay in the private diary on the device unless the owner deliberately exports a copy or backup. The app provides private photo comparison without body scores, measurements, or verdicts.
Cat Card
Cat Card is designed without a Cat Card account, backend, advertising, analytics, tracking, or live synchronization. Owned and received Cat Cards stay on the device unless the owner deliberately shares or exports them. Contact information is off by default. Shared Cats are read-only copies rather than live access to the sender’s cards.
Dogga Dogga
Dogga Dogga is designed without a Dogga Dogga account, cloud synchronization, advertising, analytics, tracking, or a social feed. Doggas and received read-only copies stay on the device unless the owner deliberately shares or exports them. Reminder permissions are controlled through the device, and Dogga Dogga does not use birthdays, Gotcha Days, photographs, or Remembered status for advertising.
HeldTale
HeldTale stories and photos travel in local copied files. HeldTale does not host them or operate an identity or claim service. Names are self-entered. Sent files do not update automatically and cannot be remotely recalled. User-selected sharing and backup services may store copies under their own terms.
App disclosures
Each app’s disclosure states what the app collects, why it is needed, where it is stored, whether it is shared, how long it is retained, and how users can request export or deletion where applicable.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the apps and website change. The effective date above will change whenever the policy is revised.
